5D velveteen series

Environmentally friendly velveteen series

The fabric does not use a single drop of water in the whole production process, realizing 100% zero-water textile fabrics. The fabrics are colored through the original liquid coloring to get colored fibers, and the fibers are spun through the processes of debinding, loosening, opening, carding, combing, drafting, twisting, winding, etc. without relying on water.

Yarn after warping, weaving and finishing three processes to complete the entire weaving process, because of the spinning of the pre-dyed fibers, eliminating the need for water in which the most need to use the post-finishing dyeing process, only need to cut the fabrics, brushing and reverse coating treatment.
